How to Initiate a Return

3. Pack & Ship Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Inspection & Refund We inspect the item within 1–2 business days and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Exchange for a Different Colour or Model

2. Pickup Arranged We confirm the exchange and schedule a pickup from your delivery address.
3. Pack Carefully Use the original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
4. Replacement Dispatched We inspect the return and ship your replacement the same or next business day.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

We take full responsibility — replacement or refund is entirely on us, including all shipping costs.

1. Photograph the Item Take clear full video of the damage or incorrect item, including the packaging. This helps us resolve your case faster.

3. We Resolve It — Your Choice Choose a full replacement shipped at no cost, or a full refund to your original payment method. Free pickup of the item is arranged by us.
