AR PREMIUM CASE accepts “UPI” & “Cash on Delivery” for payments.
Shipping
AR PREMIUM CASE provides shipping to all over India.
Orders are typically delivered to customers within 3 to 5 business days. Any import duty imposed on the order must be paid for by the purchaser.

When you ship your order from AR PREMIUM CASE, it needs to be delivered to the address you gave when you placed the order. The order will return to our warehouse if the courier makes three tries to deliver or pick it up before you are able to do so.
Refunds for RTO orders won’t be processed. You can ask for a replacement shipment with your updated contact information and real address. We’ll ship it again the next business day.
Returns
Replacement guarantees are only offered by AR PREMIUM CASE in the event that the product is damaged or defective. If you would like a replacement, please contact us at “arpremiumcase@gmail.com” within three days of receiving your order. Please use the shipping address we will give you to return your item. As soon as AR PREMIUM CASE receives your returned order, a replacement will be shipped.
We do not exchange products if the customer has ordered a wrong item.
We cannot guarantee that the color will appear accurately on your monitor. Your screen’s brightness, contrast, and resolution will significantly alter how the product’s color appears.
Return/Exchange will not be applicable if the product is disliked by the customer. or if a wrong product was ordered.
What are the conditions for Replacement or Refund?
As previously stated, in order for a customer to be eligible for a free replacement, return, or refund of any item, the buyer must submit an official unpacking video of the item to substantiate their claim. Refund requests won’t be honored without an unboxing video.
Free replacements or refund can be requested if the following conditioned apply:
- Items received is physically damaged. (A video of you unpacking or unboxing must be used to demonstrate this.)
- The item was sent without any attachments or parts. (A video of you unpacking or unboxing must be used to demonstrate this.)
- The item that was received did not match the description found on the AR PREMIUM CASE product detail page.
- Item received is defective or does not work properly. (A video of you unpacking or unboxing must be used to demonstrate this.)
- You have 3 calendar days to replacement/refund an item from the date you received it.
- Within 24 working hours, we will start a reimbursement to the original payment method if your refund or replacement is granted.
- COD shipping amount and reverse logistics will be deducted upto Rs.300/- in case of refund if we manage to arrange for reverse pickup.
