What can be returned?
We accept returns on most products within 2 days of delivery. Please review what qualifies and what doesn’t before initiating a return request.
Eligible for Return:
- Unused, uninstalled product in original packaging
- Items received damaged or defective
- Wrong item or colour received
- Request made within 2 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- Products installed or showing signs of use
- Returns requested after 2 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Products purchased during flash sale (final sale)
How to initiate return
Contact Support: Email arpremiumcase@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours on business days.
Inititate Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will initate a pickup from your delivered address.
Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Confirmation & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item (1–2 business days), we’ll confirm via email and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
Exchange for a different color or model
Want a different colour or a different phone model? We’ll swap it for you free of charge within the 2 Day return window.
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges for a different colour or compatible model are chargable Rs.300 for cover the replacement shipping and packaging cost. Simply follow the return steps above and note “Exchange” in your request. If the item you want is out of stock, we will offer a store credit.
Submit your exchange request: Contact our team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and the item you’d like instead.
Receive return instructions: We confirm the exchange and arrange a pickup from your delivered address.
Ship your item back: Kindly pack the shipment properly in it’s original packaging to avoid any damage during transit.
Replacement dispatched: We inspect the returned item and ship your replacement the same or next business day.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered we take full responsibility. The replacement or refund is entirely on us, including all shipping costs.
Photograph the item: Take clear photos of the damage or wrong item, including the packaging. This helps us resolve your case faster and improve our quality control.
Contact us within 48 hours: Report the issue to arpremiumcase@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos. We prioritise these cases.
We resolve it your choice: Choose between a full replacement shipped at no cost, or a full refund to your original payment method. We’ll arrange free pickup of the damaged item.
