Return Policy

Exchange only on faulty products within 7 days. No returns will be accepted, and we cannot offer an exchange if 7 days have passed since delivery.

We accept returns or exchanges only for products shipped by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (for example, a wrong item delivered). The item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

NOTE: The product should be in its original packaging, exactly as it was received.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your replacement request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your replacement will be processed and we will send you a new product.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

We require a 360-degree unboxing video of the package to claim any damage, wrong item, or missing items. Without a complete unboxing video, no replacement will be offered.

The video is required so that we can raise a complaint with the courier company in case of theft or damage during transit.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if a wrong item was delivered.

Original Equipment Manufacturer

We manufacture products directly from the factory. Therefore, the product serial number may not be registered on the official brand website.

Fitting Disclaimer

Our cases fit perfectly only on a naked phone. If there is any skin, film, or additional layer attached to the phone, the case/cover may not fit perfectly.

AR-PREMIUM will not be responsible for any fitting issues arising from skins, films, or accessories already attached to the device.

Tempered Glass Screen Protector

If you are not confident in your ability to apply a tempered glass screen protector, please seek professional installation.

Our tempered glasses are factory-manufactured with precise molding and tested on real devices.

Curved display smartphones require extra precision during installation.

If the tempered glass is installed incorrectly, roughly, or becomes unusable due to improper installation, we will not provide a replacement or refund.

Replacement or refund for tempered glass screen protectors is applicable only for products damaged on arrival.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times usually take 2–5 business days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only if it has not been fulfilled.

Please note that a management, processing, and transaction fee of 20% of the total order value will be charged for cancellations.

Exchange

Replacement Will Not Be Applicable Under The Following Circumstances

Customer is not satisfied with the appearance of a defect-free product.
Physical damage is not reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Any damage caused by the customer after delivery.
Self-placed wrong order (for example: wrong model or wrong product ordered).
Product differs from customer expectations but matches the description and images provided.
Product purchased from a local store or any website other than arpremium.in.
