Pickup Arranged Once approved, we will schedule a pickup from your delivery address.
Pack & Ship Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Inspection & Refund We inspect the item within 1–2 business days and process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
