To claim a damaged, defective, or missing item, you must record
a complete unboxing video of the package from start to finish,
without any cuts or pauses. Claims submitted without an unboxing
video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

of the issue. For damage or defect claims,

video is required under our policy. Once your
claim is verified, we will arrange a free
replacement for eligible cases.
6. Can I return the product if I don't like it?
We accept returns or replacements only in cases
of damage, manufacturing defects, or the wrong
item being delivered. We do not accept returns
for a change of mind or an incorrectly ordered
product.
